Original Paintings & Drawings:

Packaging - I carefully package all my original artwork using either cardboard boxes or hand-built wooden boxes depending on the size of the piece.
Insured & Tracked - All packages are insured during shipping and a tracking number will be provided to you as soon as the painting is in the mail.
Estimated Delivery - 3 to 4 weeks.

Fine Art Prints

I work with a local business to fulfill all fine art print orders. Fine art prints are created especially for you when you place your order. For this reason the delivery time varies depending on how many prints you order and if you are picking up or having the prints shipped to you. I work with you and the printer closely and will be able to provide updates on your order.

Printed Products

Product Creation - I work with a product printing company located in North Carolina. I select the best products for my work to be printed on and test print every product for quality. All products are printed specifically for you when you place your order.
Packaging & Shipping - Products are packaged and shipped by the printing company in North Carolina.
Tracking - Tracking information will be provided as soon as your item(s) are in the mail
Estimated Delivery - 1-3 weeks. Products are printed specifically for you when you place your order. For this reason delivery times can vary depending on the product(s) you order. If you order more than one product, they may arrive in separate packages.

General Returns: Artwork is one of a kind and all prints and products are created specifically for you when you place your order. For these reasons I do not accept returns.
Damaged In Shipment: If your artwork, print or product is damaged during delivery please contact me via email at dustin@dustinneece.com . Please provide images of any damaged packaging and products.
Product Mis-prints: I do my very best to provide quality printed products. That being said, if you find there is an error with your printed product please contact me via email (dustin@dustinneece.com) within 7 days of the delivery date.
Please include images of the product in your email.
